Cat Sitting in Bellvale

From the beginning of the booking to the last visit, Rachel was great! Each rover card provided great detail of the visits, keeping our minds at ease. And she was super accommodating when we wanted to add a last minute visit to the stays. Highly recommend her services and will definitely use her services for future bookings!

We had Esmeralda visit and feed our two older cats while we were away, coming once a day. This was our first time with Esmeralda and we are happy with the results. She asked good questions during the meet and greet, and she left our home neat and tidy. I left pretty detailed instructions on feeding and garbage disposal and she followed them well. Our cats are very shy, so she did not have a lot of interaction with them. It looks like one of the cats let Esmeralda get near him towards the end of her visits. The one slight criticism I have is that while she checked off the jobs that she did during each visit she did not write a progress report, such as the cats ate all of their food, or Ray let me pet him.

Chelsea did an amazing job taking care of Ralph! She communicated well, gave thorough updates, and was trustworthy. I will definitely ask her to take care of Ralph again in the future!

Deborah is just simply the best. My cat Dusty was always happy to see her evidenced by the pictures Deborah sent me daily to make sure I could still see him. Highly recommend meeting Deborah, you can tell she loves what she does and treats your furry friends just the same as you would.

John was so kind and attentive with Max everyday during his stay. He was absolutely flexible adapting his apartment for Max big size and all his belongings (litter, scratchers, food containers, carrier, blankets, toys), so Max would have a less stressful stay. John was effectively communicating with us, and always willing to do his best to ensure Max will have a great time and we will know as much as possible about Max’s last updates. We are really thankful with John for taking care of Max, following his food and water routine over the heat wave, for cleaning his eyes and for sending us all the pictures and updates every day, so we will enjoy our short trip knowing Max was safe and happy. Amazing service! She was considerate enough to go back to my apartment when I forgot to provide her a code for entry. The cats were well taken care of and I received multiple thorough status updates. Would definitely rebook!

My original plans fell through when my cat developed urinary issues right before my trip. I reached out to Pamela last minute, and she was incredibly prompt and accommodating- she even agreed to a meet and greet the very next day. Pamela was warm and personable, which made me feel immediately at ease, so I booked her for 6 days of house sitting. She treated my home with respect and went above and beyond in caring for my cat. He was comfortable, happy, and clearly bonded with her- she gave him plenty of playtime with different toys and kept him engaged throughout her stay. Pamela followed his special urinary feeding schedule carefully and sent me daily updates, which gave me great peace of mind. She even tidied up my place before leaving, which was very thoughtful. Super happy with her care and will definitely be booking again!
