Jami took extra good care of my lovely strawberry girl Swan, from my security camera footage Jami came in, and not only walked swan for double the amount of time, but also fed and watered her as well as my other pets (2 cats + 3 ferrets) before she left! She spent some time playing and petting everybody, and was very sweet and helpful - which I know because she took time to thoroughly brush and comb Swan (her grooming is EXTREMELY important to me) when they came back from their walk! She kept me thoroughly updated, kept my pets cool and cared for in Alabama weather, was extremely careful and thorough, swept my floor from leaves and debris Swan drug in on her walk, and gave all of my pets a hug and kiss goodbye ❤️ I was absolutely enamored with Jami and her services, and she even left me a sweet letter on my notebook thanking me for choosing her. I can’t express my gratitude and thankfulness enough for her with not only Swan, but all of my pets! This was my very first rover experience and I know it won’t be my last, and all my services will be with Jami from now on, because I have trust and faith that all of my pets will be loved and cared for (including one of my cats, Toast, who is rather nervous around new people, but was easily convinced to come get some Jami pets!) - I am just so in awe that someone cared so much for my animals and I, and I hope she knows she’s gained a life long customer! Swan also had a small accident on our rug, (she gets the excitement wees!) and Jami asked where the cleaners were to clean the rug during her stay so my home didn’t smell like pee when I returned from an emergency trip! I’m so very thankful and hope Jami knows how appreciated and loved she is!!!
