House Sitting in Bonadelle Ranchos-Madera Ranchos

Shauna was kind patient and gentle with our elderly pets. I will use her again. It was chaotic here with the weather and a sick cat but she was patient while being on standby.

We recently moved to Fresno and were nervous about finding someone we could trust with our six senior animals. They all have their own needs and personalities, and a couple of them can be pretty grumpy. One of our dogs, Sloane, is newly adopted and hasn’t really bonded with anyone but me yet, so I was especially anxious about leaving her. Dalene was wonderful from the very beginning. She came by twice before the stay to meet everyone, understand the routine, and make sure the animals were comfortable with her. I left three pages of instructions, and she followed everything exactly as written. She also kept me updated throughout the stay with photos and check-ins, which gave me so much peace of mind. What I appreciated most was how thoughtful and intuitive she was when small issues came up. For example, Sloane didn’t want to sleep in her crate because she’s used to sleeping in bed with me. Dalene figured out a gentle solution that kept Sloane calm without disrupting her routine. It’s clear she really pays attention to the animals and responds to what they need. When we came home, the house was spotless and all the animals were relaxed and happy. Finding someone like Dalene, especially after a big move, has been such a relief. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a sitter who is dependable, patient, and truly cares about the animals in her care.

Christina is absolutely exceptional! She went above and beyond. She is the finest we’ve ever worked with. She took exceptional care of Lulu and our home. We felt very grateful!

Anna is great with my dog! He is a lot of dog to handle (85 pound Pitbull), but she does amazing with him. She takes him on walks, and I have noticed that he is less reactive to other dogs since she has been taking him consistently. He is always so happy to see her and I feel at ease knowing that she is caring for him.

Thanh Mai was so sweet with my pup, Ozzy! I’m so glad she was willing to come stay at my place so last minute with him while I had an evening out with friends. Ozzy has some pretty serious separation anxiety but was immediately comfortable with Thanh Mai. She’s was also super professional, kept me updated with photos and videos, and even offered to stay a bit longer if needed. I will for sure be using her services again 😊

Jessica is a wonderful dog sitter! My Shihtzu loves her. She took care of Bella for 3 nights and sent pictures of her. Jessica is a great communicator and the house looked perfect when I got home. I have her booked for several future vacations.

Dear, dear Rita got double duty this trip. We added a second dog, who's a sweet elderly old guy with incontinence issues. Rita took it in stride, even managing to diaper the dogger successfully, which I hadn't been able to do. As always, the dogs were happy, and everything thing was taken care of. I have complete faith in her abilities, and so appreciate her!

Kate was awesome! Kate house sat for us and took care of our two cats. We came home to happy, healthy pets and a house that was exactly how we left it. We also received daily photos and notes from Kate which put our mind at ease while traveling. Thank you, Kate!

Alexis was incredible!! I was in a rough spot and needed a sitter for the upcoming weekend. She was willing to meet me the same day for a meet and greet. She took great care of Bella and was on top of her schedule. She asked so many questions regarding her schedule, routine, etc and was able to carry it out for her while I was away. She gave her so much love and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Thanks so much!!

Marcela is amazing! She’s so organized and communicative! She sends regular updates and photos throughout the day which makes me feel very comfortable that my dogs are getting their walks & routine taken care of. One of my dogs is older and needs a bit of special care and she had no problem making sure she was well cared for!
