This was my first time using Rover( or any dog sitter/walker service), and I was quite happy with booking with Vivianne. My pup is a little slow with trusting strangers and can be quite protective of the home. Vivianne was very accommodating of my last minute holiday travel, communicative, and responsive. She was very reassuring and patient with my pup and was able to gain my pups trust, which demonstrates her know-how and love for what she does. Would love to book with Vivianne again in the future
