Kathy was friendly and experienced, and asked the right questions to ensure understanding of the care instructions. This all brought a feeling of calm to my vacation so I knew my Mouser would be safe while I was away. I highly recommend her!

This was my first time using Rover - or any pet sitter and I was a little nervous to be honest. Cindia was very professional, reliable and communicative. She made sure to set up a meeting before we booked her, she asked questions to make sure we were on the same page and was even able to pet and bond with my two very shy cats! Angelica was such a great sitter. She made me feel at ease as I dropped my cats off. She immediately set their items up and sent pictures and even invited me to check on them before my trip.They are skittish and require a lot of patience and attention and she did just that. She gave me daily updates, pictures and feedback on how they were doing. I highly recommend her services. I know that my babies were well cared for. I appreciate her kindness and calm energy.
