Jess is wonderful! First of all she is very punctual and communicative. We have been writing little notes back and forth daily. Jess recaps the visit and has been playing different songs for my dog and cat and logging their reactions haha. Jess is really clever. I know my fur babies look forward to her visit daily. It really gives me peace of mind that she can help me out.
