Lou was a lifesaver. I was so happy to have him come to the hotel Sony wife and I could go out for her birthday. He was on the floor with the dogs right away getting to know them. They seemed very happy when we got back. Highly recommend.

I need to give Michelle a bad review to keep her to myself! What a wonderful, warm lovely human. I had Michelle look in on kittie because doggie was coming with me. She was more than happy to look in on a non-dog. She was flexible, and will to do whatever it took to keep the cat safe and happy during drop in visits. She even brought the cat chicken from home when she wouldn't eat her can food. A sky full of stars.
