Dog Boarding in Carnelian Bay

Melissa was so attentive and wonderful with Tootsie: when I picked her up, I could tell she was in great hands. We will use Melissa again. This was the most wonderful experience.

Christie was exact what we needed for our dog in a pinch! She was very communicative, welcoming, and professional. We will definitely hire her again.

This is the second time that we've left our Frenchie with Kathy and we couldn't be happier. She is really fantastic! Why leave your dog with Kathy? -She's able to give one-on-one care to your dog full-time and she really CARES about your dog (no joke) -Her dog, Gyspy, is a sweetheart and will further occupy/give your dog a playmate -These guys give you multiple daily updates (texts of photos) so that you know your dog is out walking, playing, or resting comfortably in their home with another dog and humans -They have a fabulous fenced-in yard -They were flexible and went out of their way to pick up our dog because we were out of town Kathy is the one and only person that we feel 100% confident leaving our dog with and we are super selective. Our dog is our child. His life is going to be too short so it should be great (and continue to be great even if we have to leave him for a short while).

Melissa took such good care of my boys they almost didn’t even remember who I was when I picked them up. She was so accommodating in taking care of my diabetic blind dog and my one year old. The boys had such a good time I booked her again and will continue to do so.

Rain and Jade were AMAZING! They took great care of our fur babies, just as they do their own! I’m so glad they accepted our request, we will never use anyone else!!

Luke was super friendly, easy to work with and very professional. He took great care of our nervous shepherd and sent lots of updates and photos. Would definitely use him again!

Sue’s home is like Disneyland for dogs! My dog had so much fun and was exhausted when I got her home. A tired dog is a happy dog! Lots of outside time, daily hike, dog pool and lots of love. What else could a dog and dog owner ask for?

Our dog, Bailey, had a great stay with Payton! Payton was quick to respond and provided updates - we'd definitely have Payton watch Bailey again next time we're in Truckee.

So ..... when it comes to my canine best friend, he literally is exactly that. It came time to go on a long-running annual trip and I realized that all of my trusted pup-sitters all now come with me on said trip. Whoops! What could I do? It's a serious thing for me to leave my pup anywhere when I'm can't be there for him. Some friends had used Rover and recommended it as an option. There was no way I was going to board little man, so I spent a lot of time reading profiles and reviews. I settled on Ron. We went and met him and Lexi prior and I instantly felt comfortable. My little dude spent 5 nights in their company and I felt totally comfortable. Ron sent photos every day and gave me updates. He was immediately there in communication and Subie had a fantastic stay. Ron was great with him and I will totally be utilizing his care and love for my pup in the future when he can't join me. It was a great experience and I'm glad to have found Rob. Highly recommended! Gina and Eric give me comfort knowing my pet is safe and happy. My older dog has trouble jumping out of the car, except when we pull into Gina and Eric’s driveway. I cannot ask for better dog care.

The thought of boarding my 2 senior havanese for 4 nights while we vacation gave me major anxiety that I almost canceled our trip. "What if they get depressed and don't eat? Will they be safe around other dogs?" As soon as we met Patty and her 3 furbabies, all my worries disappeared and I knew Julian and Elsie would be well taken care of. Patty genuinely cares about dogs and treat all her doggie guests as her own. As I predicted, Julian went on a hunger strike - but Patty and Randy got him to eat with the help of steak and then chicken mixed in with dog food. Patty also had a report on each dog with her observations during their time with her - clearly she pays attention to each doggie guest. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my babies with Patty and Randy again - in fact I wish we lived closer to their home so that my dogs can stay with them every time we travel. I know their home will be my dogs' "home away from home."

June is just the best person out there for doggy daycare. We adore her. She is so pleasant, calm & attentive to my puppy Angel. She plays with her and cuddles her just like Angel likes it. We are so happy we have June in our lives.
