House Sitting in Cedar Springs

Liana is AMAZING!!!! Best sitter I could have ever asked for. She really helped me by being there for my dog at the last minute when I needed it most due to a family emergency. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and gave me so many updates and pictures. Thank you Liana!!!!

Gustavo was simply excellent at taking care of my German Shepherd (Judy) and housesitting while I was away for 10 days. It is very clear that his care and passion for animals is far above and beyond just 'sitting' them. He took time to understand Judy's personality, preferences, and quirks, and we could see that in Judy's demeanor when we returned. Judy was bright, healthy, but sad to see Gustavo leave! Judy had great company, went on plenty of walks, and that was lovely to see in the updates that Gustavo sent to me while I was away. Gustavo also took great care of the house, exercised good judgement when our fire alarms malfunctioned, and overall we returned to a home that was in slightly better condition than when we left it! I can't recommend Gustavo highly enough.

Rachel always makes me feel comfortable leaving my pup with her! She sends consistent updates with pictures and videos. She even brought my pup a new toy! She’s really the only sitter I trust to stay overnight with my Ellie

Denise was an amazing catsitter for Faun! I was very anxious about leaving my cat alone for a few days as my usual housesitters had fallen through. I turned to Rover not knowing what to expect and was completely blown away by her expertise and care. Denise was extremely professional and communicative but most importantly, demonstrated a real love for my cat. There were constant picture and video updates, and she followed any directions I had to a T. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and recommend her without hesitation.

I highly recommend Ani, she was very kind, responsible and flexible with last minute changes I encountered with my trip. She kept me updated with helpful information and sent me photos to show me how well things were going. This is my first experience with Rover and I’m super pleased. Having a peace of mind during our trip made a huge difference. When I come back to Pasadena, I will make sure Ani is the one who takes care of snowy.

Cheyenne is a terrific caretaker and handled everything our special needs fur baby threw her way. She shared regular updates and put a lot of effort into keeping our dog engaged and happy. We would recommend her to anyone, but especially to folks with a challenging pup.

We feel so lucky to have found Abi! She eased all our stresses while we were out of town...taking perfect care of our home and our little fur child! Our dog, who always has separation anxiety, was so happy and calm when we returned from our trip. Can't recommend her enough.

I recently had Wendy stay with Jovi while I was away in NYC. She showed up on time and before I left so I could do the hand off in person, which is always easier for Jovi. She sent numerous pictures of Jovi while I was away. I felt like I was kept updated the entire time. If I sent a question asking how he was doing, she responded very quickly! Jovi was very well cared for and I was very grateful to have had Wendy stay with him. She even endured the nightmare of staying with a long haired dog and had to give him a butt bath. She left the house clean and well-organized. You'd be wise to book Wendy to stay with your dog, she does a tremendous job!

Jade recently watched my senior pup for a week. I haven’t traveled much lately because she requires a lot of care and was having some health issues and I was VERY nervous to leave her. Within minutes of meeting Jade I knew that my girl was going to be in the best hands. Above and beyond doesn’t even come close to describing the experience she got at Jade’s house. It was literally the royal treatment. So many snuggles, (approved) treats, walks, outings, photos, pastimes, fantastic communication, poop pictures (IYKYK). Jade even texted with my mom who wanted to check in on our girl ? She also sent some of the most beautiful pictures of Dodger that are now some of my most prized possessions. She truly, truly loves dogs. She sees their personalities and what makes them special little furry people and she makes them feel so safe and loved. There aren’t words to recommend Jade highly enough. Dodger and I are already planning our next trip (for me) and luxury weekend at Jade’s (for her)!
