Joyce and Patrick were so wonderful — they took care of Theo, my kitten, like their own pet. They really care and are genuine, flexible, and communicative. I loved the updates and photos of Theo while I was away and it would give me peace of mind. They are both very trustworthy and have good judgment with animals. I can tell Theo was well taken care of—and I would totally book with Joyce again!

Pearl was very communicative from the moment we inquired, up to the day we picked up Kaveh from her place. Pearl kept us updated on how our cat is doing by sending us pictures. i definitely recommend Pearl to anyone who needs to take care of their pets. for sure we'll have her again if we'll need someone to look affer Kaveh.

Viviana was great! Very responsive and communicative and took care of my two cats when I was away. She followed directions well especially the part where the gate must be closed as the two cats will fight. Definitely would book Viviana again for our next trip!

Jenna is wonderful. We had a weird issue with our lock this time, and she was able to roll with the punches and work around it with the garage! Super friendly, and sends lots of nice updates, photos, and videos!
