Lexi has not only demonstrated excellent communication skills but has also been remarkably receptive to our instructions, which has helped our puppy maintain consistent behavior and schedules. It is clear that Lexi is dedicated to her profession, even going above and beyond by dropping-in for an introduction prior to starting, taking notes, asking all of the right questions and even continuing to use bilingual commands during training sessions. Almira rocks! She came to my apartment a few days before our scheduled drop-in to meet me, my dog Cessna, grab the keys, and gather necessary info about what services I needed. When she dropped in to walk Cessna, she made sure to communicate with me that she had arrived and finished her walk. Almira hung out with Cessna for a bit after her walk and gave her lots of loves. She posted a few pictures to our Rover card of Cessna and a super cute one of the both of them posing together. I knew that my fur baby was in great hands while I was away. I will definitely be booking with Almira again!
