Dog Boarding in Chino

My fur baby Winnie has gone over to Linda’s for boarding 3 times now and I have been so happy with her services each time! Most recently I was picking up Winnie after a late flight and Linda was flexible didn’t mind the late pick up at all. As always, she was sending me pictures and updates regarding Winnie the entire time. Thank you, Linda!

May took excellent care of my two babies during the Christmas break! She sent pictures and videos throughout the morning,afternoon and night. My dog returned happy and well taken care of. I will definitely come back again!!

Jessica was very caring with my boy Archie. You can tell she has a lot of love for dogs and her two doggies Luna and Jake were so cute and friendly it looked like they had so much fun together. Jessica updated us with a lot of pictures and videos. Highly recommend her😊

Our pup seemed to have fun ate Jerrie and Shumeng's. We left him for 4 nights and it was his first time being away from us. Thank you for taking good care of him! We will definitely go to you guys again 😊

My dog has always had trouble getting along with other dogs and can be a bit aggressive, so I usually just ask to be cared for safely. My dog tends to be very cautious and suspicious in new environments, often refusing to eat and losing a lot of weight, which makes me very anxious whenever we go on long trips. In the past, he even managed to escape from other dog care facilities three times, which was incredibly stressful to deal with. But surprisingly, at this place, he settled in from the very first day—eating well, playing nicely with other dogs, and overall doing great. During the day, Suzhen kept him inside when it was too hot, and let him run and play in a well-organized backyard with the other dogs. I also received 4–6 videos and photos every day, so I could see exactly how he was doing. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy a 24-day long trip completely worry-free. I’ve already been recommending this place to my friends, and I’ll definitely continue using this place in the future. Highly recommended!

Yumi and Cody did such a great job caring for our cat Chai. They provided a fun space for our cat to play freely and their home was very spacious and cat friendly. Yumi and Cody stayed in constant communication and responded in a timely manner with me while I was on vacation. I loved how they would send daily photos of Chai playing around in their space and they took the time to play with her as well. 🙂 It was so comforting being on vacation and receiving updates of what our Chai girl was doing. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my cat was having as much fun. I will 100% be booking with them again. They are such great pet sitters. ☺️

Caihua was amazing!! So sweet. I left my dog with her for a full day, and she sent me videos of my dog around the clock to show me how he was doing until I was able to pick him up :) totally recommend!

I just wanted to share my amazing experience using Ava, a pet sitter from Ruff. While I was away on vacation, my dogs Bella and Luna were so well taken care of by Ava. She went above and beyond, sending me daily video updates and keeping me informed about their activities. Seeing my dogs happy and enjoying their time with Ava was so reassuring. I highly recommend Jessica and her husband. They were both crying with Howie and Molly. She was giving me updates through the day. My dogs liked being there. I would definitely book with Jessica again. My dogs are big and strong dogs: Doberman and an American Staffy/massiff mix. Jessica was able to handle both of them with ease.

William does a fantastic job with our dog, Teepo! We get videos every day and pickup/drop-off always go smoothly. Would recommend for anyone else looking for a sitter in the area.

I was so excited to know that Elisa & Garret were available to watch my “baby” Winston. They recently cared for my other dog Chip and I was beyond happy with the way they took care of him. Don’t typically leave my dogs together because they’re unpredictable together. I really wanted both dogs to experience a stay with Elisa and Garret, so it was Winston’s turn! After a meet and greet with Akemi, I was comfortable leaving my reactive dog with her knowing that she has experience and tools to handle the situation. The way she has her backyard setup with the multiple dog runs is great. Akemi sent videos and updates throughout the stay. Most importantly, my reactive dog felt comfortable and opened up to Akemi.

This was my second time booking with Shirley, and both times have been great! She’s very communicative, shared lots of photos throughout the weekend, and my dogs came home happy and tired!

yilin was great at watching ozzy! she even took ozzy and her dog, yellow, to the dog park together! she sent me photos every other day and reassured me ozzy was okay. I was worried at first because my dog pulls when hes on the leash due to being overly excited but she handled it and was comfortable enough to take him to the dog park, where he loved it. thank you yilin!
