Always so professional and responsive. Sofia is a life saver! Came on short notice while I had a family emergency and was able to take care of all 4 pets even. I even forgot to update the feeding instructions but Sofia was a rockstar and was able to figure it out. I can’t say enough nice things!

Lisa was great and sent us pictures from each visit. She took care of and played with our two cats, and watered our house plants while we were gone. She communicates very well which took away the worry of leaving our cats for 2 weeks. We would definitely recommend Lisa!

My dog loves Joana. She loves him like we do and cares for him so well. I have complete confidence in her ability to give him his medicine, special meals, and a walk. Her recaps of each visit are very detailed with pictures and videos. I highly tecommend Joana.
