Charlene did an amazing job watching my cat while I was out of town for several days. My cat doesn’t always take quickly to new people, but it was clear that she became relaxed around Charlene quickly. I received frequent updates and was confident that my cat was getting both care and engagement from her staying there. And Charlene was clear in her communication so that we were always on the same page. There were a lot of delays the day I was supposed to be heading home and it wasn’t clear that I would make it home the day I was supposed to. Charlene offered to do whatever she could to check in on my cat and make sure she was looked after still if I didn’t end up making it home. It’s clear her care and concern for animals, even shy kitties. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Teri was fantastic! She went above and beyond trying to coax our timid cat out from under the bed. Everything was well taken care of and very timely. She was on top of everything and responded to communications very promptly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring sitter.

We recently moved to the area and were in need of someone to care for our senior cat. We found Linda and we are so glad we did! She is kind and professional and she takes her job seriously. Highly recommend Secret! She kept us updated everyday and left the house clean. Our cat was recently diagnosed with IBD. Secret was able to make sure he had his daily medication and cleaned up any messes promptly!
