Stefanie was a very responsive communicator as I tried my first time at Rover (the first 2 kitty sitters I requested either never responded or weren't available). Stephanie was mature and easy-going at our Meet and Greet, asking questions that assured me she knew what she was doing. My normally shy kitty seemed to take to her right away. I got pictures at every visit, and Stephanie asked about turning up the heat when it seemed cold in the house for my indoor kitty (the weather turned), which I appreciated. She was quick to respond to texts, which is also appreciated. A great fit for me and my kitty.
