Rachel is wonderful. Under her care my cat Tinky thrived. Tink developed a middle ear infection right before the Two week Xmas break from school. We had a trip planned to visit family for Christmas. We didn’t know what to do. A friend suggested using rover as they were using rover for their dog during the holidays break. We met Rachael and she put me at ease letting me know she had 4 cats of her own and her mom’s cat had previously had a middle ear infection. I felt confident she would know how to take care of Tinky. And she did. She gave her two kinds of medicine twice a day. Sent photos and updates. I didn’t worry at all because she was so thoughtful, caring and an expert with meds. Tinky was a happy kitty when we got home thank you Rachel.

Great service from Susan! Our previous cat sitter had moved away, so we researched who to go with next. Susan was just what we needed! We scheduled a pre "meet and greet" a few days before our trip. We received daily photos, updates, and she even helped out with a bit of the household tasks (picking up our Amazon packages and taking out the trash.) We'd definitely use her again!

Nancy is amazing!! She takes very great care of my two cats. She sends detailed check-in messages and lots of great pictures and videos. Best pet sitter they’ve had!
