Jacqueline took such wonderful care of my kitty. I’m very protective of him and always feel anxious leaving him, but she made me feel completely at ease. She consistently sent updates and truly made sure he was safe, comfortable, and well loved. I always knew he was in great hands. Jacqueline and her husband were incredibly kind, trustworthy, and thoughtful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent pet care.

Randi is a superb sitter! We have had her care for our kitty three times now, and she has always been professional, conscientious and responsible in every detail. She is patient and understanding with Panda, taking the time to win her over. Her communication with us is excellent as well. I really can not recommend her more highly!

Our cat couldn't get more attention and care. He's very social and loves attention, amd she gave it! Proof was in the amazing pictures we received. Battlecat is super special and our fur baby, so this means a lot. Its heartbreaking to leave him, but when we do, we know he is treated so well by MacKenna. ❤️

Tianna has checked in on my kitties for several trips now and I've always had an amazing experience with her. She's flexible and attentive and was even willing to add an extra visit to help when my trip was unexpectedly extended by a day. I will certainly be looking to book her again next time!

Made sure he didn’t get out of the house and sent videos of the front being locked. fed and watered him as instructed except a couple of times was running late and also trimmed his claws. Overall satisfied and would use Hoai services again.

Nancy was great. She really took great care of Bianka. It was very communicative while I was away. Will use her again next time I have to travel

Amanda is AMAZING! She is THE cat whisperer. We have 2 very shy kitties and they usually both hide the whole visit. Our orange tabby Mango is comfortable enough to come out and eat! Amanda is very knowledgeable about all things cats and it is very evident in her work. She is punctual, flexible, and an overall amazing sitter! Thank you Amanda for taking care of our babies while we are away :)
