Merlette responded immediately to my messages, was caring and knowledgeable. She even caught a mistake I made on our reservation and fixed it to save me money. Our pup was so happy when he returned! Will absolutely book again!

Adam was a pleasure to work with! From the moment we met him we felt like our cats were in good hands. Adam came on time to our house for over a week and fed our cats, made sure they had clean water, gave them treats, and showed them lots of love. He also helped us by opening up the doors to let our house air out. We loved the detailed report cards he would send every day and enjoyed seeing adorable pics he would snap for us. We wish we would have met him sooner for our cat needs! Overall, Adam is a super cool guy and we will 100% be reaching out to him again for any of our future pet sitting needs. TAYLOR IS AMAZING!!!!! My dog Mulan was diagnosed with eye ulcers and needed drops twice a day for 10 days. I reached out to Taylor and she was very responsive, knew all the items to order for safety and the best way to care for my baby Mulan. Taylor’s past experience as a vet tech has been invaluable and her extensive knowledge with animals comforting to Mulan. Lastly, Taylor’s warm welcome will comfort all families and animals. Mulan even allows her to give insulin when needed. All in all Taylor is the best and I would recommend her to any pet parents

Not all family gets to travel for the holidays, which is why having a great sitter is key. Deborah has dutifully and kindly cared for our cats time and time again. They’re happy to see her and she can even coax out a scaredy cat! Best in the East Bay by far.

Nicoletta was amazing. So communicative and accommodating even when one dog was sick, and two surprisingly weren’t getting along together. She was ready, willing and able to handle it all! Dogs were very happy

Telena has watched our shy kitty only twice, but has somehow managed to bring her out of her shell!! It normally takes our cat a long time before she warms up to people and she will usually just hide the whole time. But this time she came out and hung out with Telena which is so cool to see! Telena is super patient and kind with our cat, and very responsive while we’re out of town. I highly recommend her services !! Thanks Telena !!

Katelynn is giving Ramon very good care and is very helpful with her reports and photos. thank you for your help. she has kept me posted and Ramon is acting like he does when Corey has to be away from him.. Ramon is finicky at times. He finally warmed up to me at my house about a year ago. He sat next to me on the couch for a short time as I held a chewy treat in my hands. He got a lot very well with our dog who was a yellow lab 12.5 yrs old.we don't have Latte any more.. add 20.00 tip to last weeks visit.cancel March 6th and the 8 th due to owner returning to home this afternoon after your visit.

This was my first experience using Rover for my cat, and Emma provided exceptional care, consistently updating me during each visit. Her approachable and communicative nature put me at ease while my partner and I were away. I look forward to booking her services again in the future.
