Dog Boarding in Daly City

Alvin was, in a word, wonderful. This was our first time using Rover, and we were naturally a little anxious, but Alvin and his family made the entire experience perfect. They sent regular updates and photos, and our dog, Doc, looked so happy and relaxed playing with their sweet dog, Sterling. They were so kind and attentive—his wife was lovely to our son at drop-off, and they even trimmed the hair around Doc's eyes for us (with permission, of course!). It's their attention to detail and genuine care that sets them apart. If you're a pet owner with anxiety about leaving your dog for the first time, this is your person. Doc felt right at home, and my heart was full knowing he was in such good hands. We immediately booked him again!

Marie is incredible! I got so many pics and vids it was amusing and heart warming, but my favorite was of my frenchie in full recline getting a relaxing shoulder rub at bedtime. There a few in the world who so naturally fall in as fur-baby family, and Marie is one of them. I always feel bad leaving my dog, but now I can tell her we are going to the dog spa;) timely communications and all the other good stuff too.

Allison and Gordon were great! We were away for two weeks and their regular email updates with photos helped us not to worry too much about our Russell. They promptly responded to all communication and they are easy to work with. They told us Russell and their Moses got along very well.

Our dog Sancho had a great stay! Diego was communicative, took Sancho on lots of adventures, and sent great pics and videos. Our pup looked relaxed in all the pics and was super chill when we came to pick him up. We’ll definitely book Sancho here again!

Danny and his partner are both so nice! They send updates often and are very responsive and accommodating. Our little Ellie is always well taken care of 🥰

Our 12 y.o. Maddie had a wonderful time! Molly and Stephen were so easy to work with, communication was great and after meeting them, I immediately knew Maddie would be in great hands. They sent pictures and kept us updated. Their dog, Duke, was super chill and welcomed Maddie. Highly recommend them!

Guidi was an absolute angel 😇 this was the first time I used her to take care of my dog Jack while I was out of town for the holidays. Guidi was also taking care of other dogs at the time, so he had consistent playtime and company. I loved all the photos and videos Guidi sent, they went on hikes, played on the basketball court, ran around the field, etc. I could tell that Jack was well cared for when I picked him up. I would highly HIGHLY recommend booking Guidi, she is super responsive and truly cares about the well being and happiness of your dog. 🐶

Vanda is the Best! I leave Cleo my dog with her for Daycare and Boarding. She loves going! I feel calm when I am away from her knowing she is in good hands!

Velina is BY FAR the best of the best. She was insanely kind and loving with my two dogs. So communicative- sent photo updates of walks and cuddles. She even made it easy for me to extend their stay, as our flight had been cancelled due to severe storms. I cannot say enough good things about Velina- we’re so grateful to have met her and will be booking again!

Julley took such great care of Roman! He came home tired and clearly had a great time. I really appreciated the updates and how comfortable she made him feel. Highly recommend!

Jay is like having another parent (and a better one) for our dog. And she takes the MOST AMAZING pictures of our pooch. You will not find a better sitter.

Cindy watched our 12 year old yorkie, Eli, for 2 weeks and he had such a wonderful stay that I don’t think he wanted to leave her when we picked him up!😆 Eli can be timid at first but Cindy was so good with him. He was enthusiastically giving her kisses when saying goodbye. Throughout his stay, Cindy provided daily updates and photos of him out on walks and snuggling with her at home. We had so much peace of mind knowing that he was in good hands and will definitely use Cindy again in the future. Thank you Cindy for everything!

I had to have somebody watching Buster my pug in an emergency for a few days. Went to Rover (for fist time) and identified sitter in my neighborhood who could fit the bill. From the beginning Mark was very communicative about what could work for both of us (they have another dog at home). He was very flexible with last minute changes and how to connect. Once we agreed it was a match, he gave me constant feedback about how Buster was feeling and send many pictures during the walks. He was always a phone call away and reachable. Overall I am very satisfied of the services rendered by Rover and Mark and would recommend both very highly based on my experience.

Simon provided outstanding care. For two weeks, he took excellent care of our goldendoodle, diligently following all of our requests. His communication was superb; he was highly responsive, providing us with daily photos and videos and proactively informing us of any observations he made that he felt were important.

Beatrice always has so much fun with Sheena! She gets great attention and love, and loves being able to play with new doggy friends. Sheena is my go-to whenever I need someone to watch my dogs. 😀

Kitty and Austin were incredibly kind and caring! Our pup had a hunger strike while we were away, but they reached out to see how they could help. They immediately took our instructions to heart and got her to eat. They took excellent care of her and were very accommodating. I highly recommend booking with them!

Sam and Venkat were amazing with our dog Charles. They were super responsive and we got lots of updates throughout the weekend. We truly felt that Charles was in loving hands. They were also flexible when we had unexpected travel troubles. Thank you so so much for taking such good care of our pup!
