For it being our first time using Rover we are quite pleased, and the company all has Maggie to thank for that!! Starting from speedy responses, to asking all the right questions about our pets and sincerely caring for them while we were away, to finally being willing to work with us on getting our keys back.. yeah top notch! Kathy did great with our two cats. She sent plenty of pictures and gave us updates every day. Our cats liked when she came and took care of them. She was very kind and did our small asks. She even took out the trash for us before we came back! Thank you Kathy!

Melissa was really good with Bono and Pepper, she understood their different personalities and they were happy with her. Pepper was under medication treatment and Melissa was attentive to the instructions during the visits. I would definitely crooked her again when needed.
