Caihua is a great dog sitter! She always sends so many videos and makes sure that my pup is getting everything he needs! I definitely would send my pup here again :)

She helped us taking care of our 3 years highly energetic GSD. Was able to take care of him with walks and lots of play time. Very responsive with photos and videos updates.

Steven and Roxie were really amazing with Akira! They took him on walks everyday, gave me updates throughout the day, and were very caring. Akira really enjoys playing with Baso. I felt comfortable leaving Akira there and would definitely be using them again!

My dog has always had trouble getting along with other dogs and can be a bit aggressive, so I usually just ask to be cared for safely. My dog tends to be very cautious and suspicious in new environments, often refusing to eat and losing a lot of weight, which makes me very anxious whenever we go on long trips. In the past, he even managed to escape from other dog care facilities three times, which was incredibly stressful to deal with. But surprisingly, at this place, he settled in from the very first day—eating well, playing nicely with other dogs, and overall doing great. During the day, Suzhen kept him inside when it was too hot, and let him run and play in a well-organized backyard with the other dogs. I also received 4–6 videos and photos every day, so I could see exactly how he was doing. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy a 24-day long trip completely worry-free. I’ve already been recommending this place to my friends, and I’ll definitely continue using this place in the future. Highly recommended!

Yilin L; this was a couple, and they are both very nice. They were sending me a picture of our dog every other day, and that felt very refreshing. Also, they have one dog only, vs other big places where there are tons of other dogs and cats, and your dog doesn't really get much attention. They took care of our dog like it was theirs. These are very nice people, and most important easy to communicate with. I'm very pleased and feel very lucky to have found Yilin. I will most definitely go back to them gain if I need to.

Laura and Ian were great with Grady, as always! After a week in their care, Grady greeted us with her typical “ugh, do I need to leave Speckles already?” face and slow walk to the car. Their regular updates and communication assure us that our pup is being well cared for while we’re away! Grady misses you already!

My dog had the best time here! They took amazing care of him, and kept me updated. Felt really good leaving him in Arthur’s home. I think I found my new go to sitter ❤️🫶

We left our dog with Sadie for a long weekend trip recently and she took such good care of our pup! She has a good amount of separation anxiety and is shy but one look at the pictures and videos showed me that she was so comfortable and at home with Sadie!

Great and fast communication, easy to work with, thanks for your flexibility with pickup time on a holiday. The dogs had fun playing and came home tired.

Jessica was very caring with my boy Archie. You can tell she has a lot of love for dogs and her two doggies Luna and Jake were so cute and friendly it looked like they had so much fun together. Jessica updated us with a lot of pictures and videos. Highly recommend her😊

Yuanyuan and her family were excellent sitters. They provided frequent updates, stayed in touch, and were always responsive. I felt confident my pets were in good hands the entire time.

I had to leave my dog in a hurry due to family emergency. Lillian took my baby girl in a short notice and accommodated everything. Lillian and her family took a very good care of my dog and sent me bunch of pictures of her everyday, which I really appreciated. Lillian has a beautiful grassy backyard my dog loved a lot. I am thankful for her care and will definitely come back.

Tammy did an awesome job with my dog and cat! She sent me everyday updates and pictures of them, and they looked genuinely quite happy. My dog has pretty bad separation anxiety, so I was worried he was going to have a tough time, but he looked more happy than anything at the end of his stay!

During the sitting, Joyce kept me updated with regular texts and pictures, which really put my mind at ease. My dog looked happy and well-cared for, and it was clear that they were enjoying their time together. When I got home, my dog was relaxed, and the house was in great shape. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. I highly recommend Joyce and will definitely reach out for future dog-sitting needs!
