Ky is kind and gentle with our pack of 5 dogs. They were immediately relaxed and comfortable with her. They usually bark and want to sniff and bark a little more, just normal dog behavior. With Ky they acted as if they already knew her. I am very thankful Ky is able to come and give our Lily her med. it has been a huge help and relief for me.

Francyne goes above and beyond for my pets and home. She’s very communicative and fast at responding. I can tell she takes her job very seriously and is very dependable. We will for sure use her in the future.
