Greta perfectly executed on requested tasks, and always provided pics. IN ADDITION, she went above and beyond with two random apartment issues — ants and misadressed mail. I absolutely recommend her and will reach out to her in the future.

We’re so grateful for Yuwei and the amazing care she gives our cats! She comes by twice a day to feed them, clean the litter, and spend time playing with them, and we can always tell our cats are so much happier and more relaxed because of her visits. Yuwei is reliable, caring, and really takes the time to get to know each cat’s personality. She sends us little updates, which we always look forward to. Cie did an amazing job with our two cats and chinchilla. She even bought a toothbrush to give our chinchilla scratches, which he absolutely loved! She was very communicative and let us know everything that was going on with the animals in the house. I can highly recommend her to take amazing care of any pet.

Lisa was perfect for our 3 cats. She updated us whenever anything odd or important happened, or the cats had any issues. She sent us lots of updates and photos, so we could see how they were doing. She maintained their bowls and boxes wonderfully, and played with them a lot. The cats did great while we were gone, and we were so happy with how happy they seemed.

We left Oelun in charge of our kitties while we were out of town for a week and she did a stellar job! Great communication, friendly and easygoing, punctual, responsible and organized. And I got the sense that our cats were happy with the service, too. Thanks Oelun!
