She has been nothing short of amazing—patient, understanding, and truly committed to supporting the training and structure we’ve worked so hard to build with our dog. From the start, she has been open to our specific requests and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything stays consistent, which has been so important to us. Not only is she dependable and flexible, but her warm and friendly personality makes every interaction easy and enjoyable. Mai is a ROCKSTAR dog lover and caretaker. I am stuck back at work and can't leave our dear dog alone for 8-9 hours every day. She came today, took Benji for a nice walk and even gave lots of cuddles. She even wiped his paws down thoroughly upon their return.
