Rachel was wonderful! She quickly learned each kitty's unique personality and made sure they felt comfortable and cared for. For example, she took extra time with our shy cat, helping them warm up to her. Rachel regularly sent stories and photos, which reassured us and kept us connected while we were away. She even took the initiative to set up new kitty water bowl items we had ordered, making the environment more enjoyable for our pets. Thanks to her attentiveness and proactive approach, we felt completely at ease. I highly recommend Rachel and will definitely reach out to her again.

This is the second time Alexandra has taken care of Sirius in our home, and there will be many more! Sirius was happy and we'll cared for and the place was left clean.

Liliana was fantastic, great communication with photo updates and left our house in great shape! I will definitely book her to watch my dog again.

This was Fuliang’s second time watching Hampton, and once again he did an amazing job! He’s dependable, punctual communicative, and clearly cares about Hampton’s comfort. I really enjoy the updates, pictures and videos. It’s such a relief knowing Hampton is in great hands. We’ll definitely keep booking with him!

Sofia H. was able to stay in my home to pet-sit my kitty who has required some extra care in recent months due to some age-related weight loss. Sofia suggested a Meet & Greet which was helpful and reassuring. Kitty Rica approached her right away, so I could tell she is a kind, cat-person. Sofia was very reliable and communicative which was also very reassuring. Mason provided daily photos of our dogs and upon our return they seemed as calm as we could expect for not having had their humans around for a few days. Leading up to the trip Mason was very eager and open to learning as much about our dogs and their individual needs as he could. Our house was obviously well cared for in our absence.

Nastasia was a great sitter for Winnie. She was responsive, shared insights about Winnie’s behavior, and helped me feel comfortable leaving my dog alone for the first time since my other dog passed. I definitely recommend her.

Josephine did so well with our paraplegic pup Zulu!! Finding specialty care for a paraplegic dog can be tricky, but Josephine was open to learning & eager to try caring for Zulu - and she did amazingly!! Zulu was so satisfied (I.e., tired hehe) - Zulu loves her dedicated Rover friends, and we’re very glad we found Josephine for future care needs!

Mayra is a wonderful caretaker for my dog, Honey. My dog adores her and she is great / comfortable with a bigger dog on walks etc. She is very trustworthy and provides quality care to my beloved dog ❤️

Sara continues to do amazing with my senior boy. He’s distant w many people but snuggles her and enjoys her company everytime I’m gone. She has such a warm presence and I couldn’t go anywhere without her help. I feel so comfortable leaving when she’s here and am beyond grateful for her help! The communication is phenomenal and she sends tons of pictures so you know your babies are safe and well loved. Thank you Sara!! You’re an amazing addition to this household!
