She is absolutely amazing, very punctual, and gets back to you in a timely manner. Very inviting and welcoming in her home, she allows you to have the stress relieved while on vacation. She welcomed Toby in with open arms and gave him an incredible doggy spa day with tons of walks and naps while we enjoyed our human spa day! Niccola took our goldendoodle while we enjoyed a day. She was wonderful and even though Kona sometimes a bit nervous, Niccola was completely understanding and kind. We will definitely use her again when we are in town.
