Heleen was great! We have a very shy cat and he let her pet him in the second visit already, so that is a miracle for us. We appreciate the effort she has taken to communicate with him and the thought and attention she put in the details about his feeding along with the other small things.

Yiqing took amazing care of my cat while I was away! Not only did she follow all the instructions perfectly, but she also went above and beyond by cleaning the cat dishes and litter area, even though it wasn’t required. Eric was absolutely wonderful at taking care of my dog for a week. He checked in and sent pictures every time he was with my dog and was extremely responsive, giving me a huge peace of mind while I was away!!!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
