Irina and her family did a wonderful job looking after my two cats for 5 nights. Her communication was great, they were very flexible and accommodating, and most importantly very sweet with the cats - who came home clean, healthy, and happy. I would be happy to have them watch my cats again.
Amazing care from Traci during a weeklong trip with two energetic cats! She went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and played with them during their 1 hour visits. Lots of photos and videos of the cats having a great time, and she enjoyed getting to know them too. Very communicative with questions and updates. Yana made us feel comfortable during booking by making sure to ask thorough questions about our cats and their care. We always received notifications when she was on her way and lots of pictures/videos of the cats during our time away from home.
