I found Oi through Rover when I had to rush to the emergency room one evening and needed a last-minute booking for my Cookie. I can’t express how grateful I am for Oi’s exceptional care. Though Oi didn't mention it, I discovered upon returning home that she had taken the time and effort to resolve a matted patch of fur under Cookie's armpit, which had been there for quite some time. I was genuinely touched by Oi's attentiveness and dedication. It’s clear that he truly cares about the pets she looks after. I wholeheartedly recommend Oi for anyone needing a pet sitter!

Joyce and Patrick were so wonderful — they took care of Theo, my kitten, like their own pet. They really care and are genuine, flexible, and communicative. I loved the updates and photos of Theo while I was away and it would give me peace of mind. They are both very trustworthy and have good judgment with animals. I can tell Theo was well taken care of—and I would totally book with Joyce again!
