Thank you Joann! While my husband and I were away, Joann was incredibly patient and kind with my dogs. She made me feel so comfortable being away from home. I have a young puppy and an older dog with anxiety, and she was able to build a bond with both of them. That means so much to me as my dogs are my babies. She sent photos and was so flexible with changes needed. On top of that, she was willing to come to a meet and greet where she met the dogs before staying at the home. The house was clean and my dogs were happy upon return. I highly recommend Joann for all your pet sitting needs! 🐾 ❤️

Came home to my fur baby VERY well taken care of! Trinity made sure she took him out regularly, played fetch with him and cuddled with him at night. She also sent me pictures of him while I was gone, I loved that!! We will definitely have her watch him again! Thank you Trinity!!!

Amazing! Shannon is the perfect house sitter/pet sitter!!! This was our first Rover experience, so naturally we we’re a bit nervous. Shannon put all of our concerns to rest. She bonded well with two of our three dogs right from the meet and greet and put extra effort toward earning the trust of our one scaredy dog. Shannon provided consistent communication and sent adorable photo and video updates throughout our time away.
