If I could, I would rate both Stephanie, and Rover.com, far more than 5 stars. From my very first request to have Stephanie take car of my 15+ year old cat “Bella”, I received enthusiasm to the max, a sincere desire to accommodate my quirkiness (it’s actually my “Bella” who is the quirky one), and a quick understanding of the needs and behaviors of animals. I received daily communication and pictures that are part of Rover’s commitment, and Stephanie didn’t hesitate to inform me if her schedule for visits changed, or if something seemed odd while she was visiting. I cannot thank Rover.com for hiring this beautiful, self-driven young pet lover, and I can’t monetarily reimburse Stephane enough for her outstanding care of my spoiled “Princess”.
