Doggy Day Care in Hacienda Carmel

Elena was very easy to work with. Had a little challenge finding her location at first, but I’m sure that was my fault as I sent my daughter to drop our dogs off. Everything went great and the dogs came home happy and healthy. Five stars for Elena.

Our dog doesn’t like large doggy daycare settings. That’s why I was happy to find Nina . She went out of her way to make her comfortable and safe in her home. She sent some pictures of Kelsey to make me not worry about her. Thanks Nina.

Christina took great care of Apollo while we went to check out Monterey Bay Aquarium. Our pup was tired and that's when we know he had a good time, a tired dog is a happy dog. He also had a much need bath after a few days of enjoying the beach, now he smells great and clean. Really good communication with video and picture updates. Highly recommended!

Denise was an amazing sitter! We had to book her very last minute and she was more than accommodating! She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. She never took longer than 10 minutes to get back to me. She made sure to send me pictures and videos keeping me updated which helped me feel very reassured. The next time we are in town we plan to book her for dog sitting again. I most definitely recommend her! 11/10.

Citlali was perfect! I needed someone to watch my pup on short notice and she was so quick and responsive. Billie enjoyed hanging out with her new friend.

We had a fantastic experience with Julia caring for our two dogs for the evening. She was available on short notice and ensured they had plenty of exercise with multiple walks during their stay. Her experience was evident, and she kept us updated throughout the evening with frequent photos and messages. We felt completely at ease knowing our pups were in her capable hands, and we wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to her again whenever we’re in town.

Jesse was very responsive, flexible with drop-off-pick up times and took great care of Mocha. Was a huge help for car week in Monterey as we wanted to bring our dog but not to all the car events.

Robert was so awesome with Carter! Every day during drop off, Carter was always SO excited to see him and would sprint over to him. Robert took him on long walks and treated him like one of his own. I will be booking with him again!

Christine was super helpful. She was also flexible with us when we had unexpected issues come up with our trip. Not only was my doggie well taken care of but she went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly.

We did a meet and greet with Emily prior to our dogs stay with her, and both the meet and greet and day care day went so well! Emily is a great communicator and excellent with our Australian shepherd. Our Aussie was exhausted after her day with Emily, thank you!

Jehan is very collaborative and communicative! She took time to getting to know Jasper (he was very shy at first). Definitely recommend and will come back to her for future trip in Monterey area!

Thanks Yessica for all your help. It was easy to book the pet sitting and you got back to me right away. You sent me a photo and video of Jesse so I didn’t have to worry. Thanks for giving Jesse lots of attention and petting. I think he liked you a lot !
