House Sitting in Half Moon Bay

This was our first time booking through Rover and hiring Jen. She put me completely at ease after speaking and I knew she was the best choice even before our first in person meeting. She is warm and friendly as well as a total professional. She sent daily videos and pictures of our girls and we felt so comfortable with her in our home. We came home to an immaculate house and really happy dogs. I booked her for the rest of the year’s trips already. You couldn’t ask for more.

Caroline took such good care of my sweet and sensitive little dog. She was very communicative and extra flexible when my event ran late. And she was an excellent house guest. Will definitely be booking her again!

Hannah was super responsive, super flexible on potential changes, and did a great job with my dog Bleu. Bleu was happy and content when we got home and the house was well taken care of. I'd definitely reach out to Hannah again!

Brittany was an amazing dog and house sitter. We have two rescue dogs - one who is really quirky (to put it nicely, lol). She was great about meeting with us, asking questions, and then swinging by once before the actual sit so the dogs could become familiar with her. During the house and dog sitting, she persevered through a tough first day with our quirky one, sent lots of updates, and left the house cleaner than we left it! Can't recommend her enough and will be booking her for a future sit for sure!

Highly recommend Allie. She is very easy to communicate with and sent ample updates and photos while house sitting for our 110lb dog. She left the house cleaner than how we left it. Will definitely ask Allie to watch our dog again!

Loren is terrific. She took care of our house and our seven month old Australian Shepherd from midday on a Thursday to midday on a Sunday. She took wonderful care of house and pup. She gave us updates via text and pictures and video 1-2 times a day. Highly recommended.

Ally was wonderful with Bella. Even though it was a holiday she accommodated her schedule to stay with Bella. She stayed overnight with her and was very caring. She was also very good at leaving my home clean after she spent a couple of days. Thank you Ally and happy Thanksgiving!

Noelani did a wonderful job taking care of our spoiled, needy, pitbull! She sent lots of updates and pictures so that we didn't have to worry - which is a HUGE plus since we are not used to leaving our baby girl! Layla got to go on walks to the beach, a long hike, and was clearly well taken care of while we were away. We came back home to a clean house and a happy pup!

Elizabeth was great, took good care of our pets and house, and kept us updated with daily pics. Highly recommended!

We had Deborah spend two nights with our dog Maggie and she took great care of her! Deborah was very communicative and sent several texts and photos while we were gone. Maggie seemed very happy!

Esmeralda did a great job dog sitting for our 3 Boston Terriers. Two are older (7 and 8 yo) and one is a new puppy (13 weeks) so she had her hands full. She was flexible to adapt to our specific needs for the stay - we asked her to do long visits during the day but not house sit overnight. Each night we came home to happy and tired puppies. We will definitely use Esmeralda in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a polite, reliable, and caring sitter.

Kenneth stayed at my house and took care of my maltipoo and three cats for 12 days. He did a wonderful job taking care of all of them! He sent us pictures and updates, and we felt so comfortable knowing that he was taking care of everything. I would give him more than five stars if that was possible.

Can’t recommend Venora enough! She has taken such amazing care of Sam both house/ dog sitting and walks while I’m at work. She is so kind, great with Sam and sends detailed updates.
