We just worked with Susan for the first time, and we won't use anyone else whenever she is available. She did a great job with our two cats during an overnight stay on short notice. The cats can be a challenge because one is a diabetic needing insulin injections, and the other is a very picky eater. Both cats were calm and happy when we came home, and the house was in perfect order. All of our instructions were followed perfectly, except Susan stayed later than we had asked because she wanted to be sure the cats were safe and we got home on time despite bad weather. We recommend Susan very, very highly.

This was the first time Suzanne house sat with my cat Harley. We were very pleased. Harley seemed very happy when we got home the house was clean the sheets on the bed were stripped, and Suzanne kept me updated with what was going on at home.
