I'm so greatful that I found Autumn and will definitely try to book them in the future when I need to travel for work/need a cat sitter. They were quick to reply, super polite, friendly, and honestly just very personable. Offered to do a meet and greet, and even though it didn't work out due to my own timeline it was nice to know they cared to have an introduction and get to know everything. Asked if they had questions and even cleared the water fountains pump that got clogged while I was away! I should have written a shorter review but I just wanted to be sure to emphasize how great of a job they did and how much I appreciate their services. (They even saved a food delivery I forgot to cancel! So sweet!)

Aires and Inwoo were completely incredible. From the meet and greet before my trip to clear communication, photos and videos, I knew my cats were taken care of. Such a relief to not be worried about them. Thanks for everything, I will definitely be booking with you again.

Chelsea is a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in taking care of our elder cat. She sent photos every visit and was an excellent communicator. A few days into our trip, she messaged asking where our vacuum cleaner was so she could clean up some litter from our messy lady. I really appreciate the time and energy she put into taking care of our cat and our house while we were away.
