Leslie was compassionate, trustworthy and reliable! As a first-time Rover user, having Leslie as our pet sitter made the experience seamless. She did drop ins for our dog (a super senior of 14years old) and took great care of our dog. She clearly communicated and followed all the instructions we left her. I felt completely comfortable having Leslie in our home. The experience as a first time user of Rover and working with Leslie for the first time was truly excellent and equivalent to someone whose dog sitter for our dog many times. Alienor is very pleasant and kind, my two cats loved her almost immediately. She is very reliable, communicative, and trustworthy in sending me timely reports and pics of their daily activities. Alienor went out of her way to make sure my babies were fed on time and enjoyed their playtimes and treats. She was so patient and careful brushing my Persian cats and giving one of them medications. Alienor was very diligent with cleaning the litter box and keeping the cat's areas clean as well as vacuuming food bits and litter debris. I was away for several weeks and she was so helpful in collecting my mail and packages. I am so thankful to have found her, It was comforting to know that my babies bonded with her and were well taken care of. I. highly recommend Alienor and will be calling her again.
