I cannot say enough amazing things about Beverly! This was my first time using Rover. A friend suggested Rover to me the night before my trip, and Beverly was so helpful and accommodating of my last minute request. She is truly a professional through and through. I could tell immediately from our limited interaction that I would feel completely at ease with her in my home and caring for my beloved kitty. I accidentally left the wrong key, and she could not get into the house. She was so patient, kind and willing to let me guide her to find a way in. It was not an easy feat and took some climbing and maneuvering and some sacrifice. The crisis was averted. Beverly really went the extra mile for my cat and saved my vacation because I would have had to fly home. I will be forever grateful to Beverly and I will definitely request her again. April was amazing with our pets and home. We went on vacation and she would drop in to our home twice daily. She took care of our Large dog and cat. She kept us updated and sent pictures of our fur babies daily. April was very trustworthy in our home. She was very reliable. April asked many questions during our first meeting and asked about our house rules to ensure the rules are followed without us being home. She was very good at keeping our pets routine consistent. We would definitely book with April again.
