Darcy was excellent. I appreciated her availability for a meet and greet beforehand, to figure out the details for her stay. She was easy to work with, professional, and clearly has a love for animals. My husband and I were able to sleep easy knowing Darcy was keeping an eye on our cats. We especially appreciated that she was able to hold down the fort when we were unexpectedly without cell service at the event we were attending. She was able to figure things out, and there were zero issues even though I was unable to answer her questions. I would have no hesitation asking Darcy back or recommending her to a friend. Alison is great! I often have to travel last minute for work and she is so accommodating to my crazy schedule. My cat loves her and the photos of them on the couch is very cute.

There is no one you should trust more than Jen with looking after your pets. We’ve used her for check-ins for our cat Bella and she gives excellent service each and every time. She takes the time to not only make sure Bella has her basics taken care of but also takes the time to play with her tool. Jen provides detailed photos and feedback every visit and it makes a big difference knowing Jen is taking care of our cat anytime my wife and I are away.
