Dog Boarding in La Canada Flintridge

Our dog had a wonderful time at Haijin’s pet paradise! She took great care of him during 4th of July, his least favorite holiday. Haijin was extremely prompt and responsive to us during his stay and sent lots of fun photos. We will definitely rebook in the future. Thanks for the great care you showed our pup.

Martha was so pleasant and took great care of my mylo. Our usual couple is moving away and I was a little nervous finding him someone new but he loved her and her family. She sent me regular updates with pictures on how he was found and he had a great time. I would definitely use her again to watch my pup.

Elissa is wonderful! I was so nervous to leave my 5 month old pup for a week for the first time, but Elissa reassured that he would be well taken care of. She sent me pictures and updates throughout the day/night and it was the most comforting feeling knowing my pup was having fun and felt at home. If you are looking for someone who will care for your pup, I highly recommend Elissa. I will definitely be using her services again. Her attention to detail and care was above and beyond. 10/10 ⭐️

Our dog did really well with Camille. He had never stayed with anyone but us and were pleasantly surprised that he and Camille did so well together ❤️.

This was Hazels first time staying with anyone but me and Sojeong did a great job taking care of her. I was getting updates, pictures and videos of Hazel every single day. If Hazel could talk she’d want to say a huge thank you for taking care of her and keeping her safe.

Great experience all around. I wasn’t worried about my dog ever because I was getting updates and photos without having to ask. They are relaxed but responsive, caring and helpful. I am so pleased to have found someone I trust to watch my dog!

Max and Zero couldn’t have been with a better sitter. They were both so informative and always kept us up to date on everything with our pups. This was our first time leaving our boys with a sitter and they truly enjoyed their time for 4 days. They gave our pups love, followed their food schedule and did everything to keep our pups and the other pups staying there safe. 10/10 recommend them!

Samantha was a great pet sitter for Benny!! She conveniently arranged a pick-up and drop off, took him to the dog park, sent pics and updates. Made it easy to relax knowing he was in such good care. Would definitely use her again! Thanks Samantha!!!!

Diana was great with my dog. She sent regular updates and he looked very happy! She was also flexible when I had to change my booking time. She is great with dogs!

Cynthia was an amazing sitter for our Otis. When we did the meet and greet, she made sure to show us where Otis would be sleeping and playing. She always sent updates and was very communicative. He came back a really happy pup. We highly recommend her!

Loretta accepted our last minute request and was such a lovely person. My dog took to her and her son as soon as we got to her home. I could tell that she is an animal lover. Her home was safe for our girl. She sent pictures of our dog while we were on our trip. Our dog usually won't eat when with a sitter, but had no issues with Loretta! She was really flexible with our requests. We would use her again in a heartbeat!

Athene is absolutely incredible! We had an emergency and needed to board our 2 dogs (Large dogs pit/lab/rot/mastiff mix) for almost 2 months. This was my first time using Rover and after reading through the reviews it was apparent Athene was a local favorite. I messaged her and she contacted me quickly. She came over to meet my dogs and they immediately took to her and she was able to transport my dogs over to her place. Why she's great: *Gentle and loving (a wholehearted dog lover) *Very attentive *Administered medicine as needed *Took my dogs out on walks and/or to the dog park *Has a dog friendly (clean and safe) indoor/outdoor space for them to hang and play at her home *Kept my dogs inside at night which is their and our preference *Had play dates with other dogs who were suitable in temperament to mine *Sent me cute photos and updates on their health and activities *Easy to get a hold of and returns calls/msgs quickly *Flexible for my daughter and I to come visit our dogs. In summary our dogs loved her and we greatly appreciated Athene. They came back happy and healthy and I bet they look forward to the next opportunity to hang with her. The only thing I was ever concerned about was that my dogs would be hesitant to leave her once it was time to come back home. Next time we need someone, I'd contact her in a heartbeat. Advice: If you're going to have your dog/s with her for a long period, set up the reservation on Rover in small chunks so she can get paid more often. It's just a nice thing to offer Athene for her great service. She has regular clientele for boarding and dog walking. I'm sure your dog would love to be included among them.

Tamara and her family were incredible with our pup for a fairly long stay. She clearly knew how to handle all the dogs in her care and definitely kept ours happy and exhausted. Eleanor was more relaxed than we'd ever seen her when picking her up from a sitter and we got lots of pictures of her playing in the yard and hanging out with family and other dogs. Would definitely recommend this sitter-- she was great!

Very attentive and sweet. Provided updates and it was my first time using this app but I really loved how they were very loving to my baby. Made my trip a lot better since I didn’t have to worry about my dog ❤️

Poppy had a great time with Jen, we got lots of updates throughout her stay and she really got on with the others dogs. Jen was very vigilant with introducing everyone separately so Poppy wasn’t overwhelmed, and she really settled in after her first night. She has a beautiful clean and tidy home, will be back! I typically don't post reviews, but I wanted to share a quick note about Lisa + Trevor because they're amazing and have taken such good care of Sailor (our 2 year old French Bulldog) the last year. We were new to LA and didn't have many friends or family here, so finding someone we could trust could've been tricky. We've had Sailor stay with them MANY times - in their previous home and now new home! - which is a little further away from us, but we decided it's more important for Sailor to be with a family he loves and takes such good care of him, and we have peace of mind ourselves. (Also, they offer a pick-up/drop off option if needed.) At the beginning, Lisa met with Sailor to see if he was right for her and vice versa. Since then, she's been extremely communicative and lovely to talk to, has an amazing set up (better than ours tbh), has nice a dog who has befriended Sailor. The updates, the awesome photos, the flexibility, the trust - they take it all seriously. There was a heatwave last summer and we all stayed in touch about blackouts, keeping the pups cool, etc. The only worry I ever have is if Sailor will want to live with them full-time because he loves it there. They have a big yard, other dogs to play with, and cozy beds to take over. They're sweet. It's an overall safe space. We feel lucky to have found them.

Soyeon and her family took amazing care of our senior dog. They are so attentive and are sure to keep great communication with us! Our little Yorkie comes home so happy and we could not be more grateful.

Albina was kind and extremely communicative. Maggie was well cared for and came home happy and content. Loads of pics, reliable. Fast responses to check in texts. Just what you want the experience to be. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!
