Lucy was the best !!! She sent great pictures and made sure my cats were okay while I was on vacation. I will definitely use her again. Keiko and Channel loved her.
Karen took wonderful care of my fur babies!! She communicated wonderfully and was right on time, very thorough with all of my instructions as far as feeding and cleaning up after my kitties! 5 Stars will definitely rebook with her soon!!!
Jacqui did such an amazing job watching our 3 cats while we were away on vacation. She is very responsive, provides detailed notes, and the level of care was above and beyond. She even got our shy boy to come out of his hiding place, which he never does! It is clear Jacqui has a lot of experience with cats and I highly appreciate the genuine care she provided. We came back to 3 happy cats 😊 I look forward to booking Jacqui again!
Josephine was wonderful with my sometimes feral kitty. It was my first time leaving her and so nervous about how my kitty would react. I was so nervous I forgot a lots of things so i had to send her many things later on, but she was very kind and patient with my panic mode and reassured me that She will take care of my wild one. My kitty has food issues and trauma from being a stray. She fed her 4 times a day to special food to reassure her. Handled her so well, my kitty was happy and calm, i hope. Josephine did not complain about anything and went out of her way to make sure my kitty was comfortable. And also this was a short notice boarding and she accept it kindly.Thank you so much .
Jennifer was great with our kitties while we were out of town. She checked in and followed the instructions feeding our kitties properly. I loved seeing their Rover cards and lots of photos everyday. Sometime our cats are shy with strangers but seems like they were friendly with her. Jennifer gave us peace of mind knowing that our cats were in good hands. We’d love to book Jennifer again ❤️
Katie and her husband were excellent at taking care of both of my cats! Katie sent me pictures and videos every day and I could tell my cats were having so much fun which made me very happy and at ease being away from them. 100% recommend and would use their services again! 😊
