Carleigh was wonderful! She made sure she knew what I wanted for drop-in visits with my cat and sent me great pictures. Will certainly book again.

Rosanna was awesome! She followed instructions perfectly, sent lots of pictures, and even brought in our mail! We will absolutely call Rosanna again!

Kristin is was amazing! This is my first time with Rover and I had a secure peace of mind while away thanks to her! She is a responsible, reliable and clearly qualified fur baby technician. I came home to four happy and secure pets and was given loads of photos and updates on my “crew” while away. I felt from the initial meet and greet that she was on top of it and my feeling was 100% correct. No mess, clean garbage cans and she even tended to a plant. Maxim was great, he responded to my last-minute request and did everything I asked. He’s trustworthy and I can tell he’s gentle and good with cats as he got a photo of her calmly in her fort and she didn’t run away. I appreciate his help and would hire him again.

We are glad we left our cat with Shiyibin. Shiyibin is very kind, took care of our cat well, and kept up posted frequently with updates, photo, and a video over the 12 hour period. She let my cat have some private space away from her cats since this is our first time. Tangy seemed to be doing well and we would definitely book her again.
