We feel incredibly lucky to have found Trisha to care for our cat, Jake. Not only did she handle all the usual responsibilities—food, water, litter, and playtime—with care and consistency, but she went above and beyond in ways that truly blew us away. While we were gone, an ant invasion and a potential health issue popped up. Trisha handled both calmly and proactively, keeping us informed, taking smart action, and making sure Jake was comfortable and safe every step of the way. Her updates were thoughtful and thorough, and it was clear she was paying close attention to his behavior and needs—not just checking off tasks. And perhaps the best part? Jake absolutely adored her. Our normally picky, opinionated cat bonded with her immediately. The photos she sent showed him completely relaxed, snuggling, playing, and clearly loving his time with her. When we got home, he barely acknowledged us. We're trying not to take it personally.
