Dog Boarding in Lakewood

Angie and her family love dogs and took great care of ours for 4 days while we were out of town. Her communication was excellent before and during our dog’s stay, with regular updates and pictures. We highly recommend her!

I contacted Jeimy last minute, and she swooped in and saved the day! We have a foster pup that needed boarding in a single home, Jeimy was able to teach him commands (and get him to play fetch for the first time!) within the 4 days he spent with her. I will absolutely be contacting Jeimy again, she followed feeding instructions perfectly and sent photos everyday, with multiple updates. If you need someone trustworthy who your dog will fall in love with, book with Jeimy!

Kelis take great care of our girl, Terra. She made sure Terra was comfortable and gave us updates. We would definitely recommend her for your pup. My husband and I were worry free knowing our girl is in good hands with Kelis. Thank you for being wonderful and we shall see you again!

This is why: * She did a super fantastic job of responding promptly to my last minute doggy sitting request. *She seemed very friendly both on text and when we spoke, which helped me feel at ease and comfortable with leaving my little Max with her. *She provided regular updates with photos and texts on how Max was doing. I really liked that. Most of all I could tell he was having a blast and was lovingly well taken care of . * She was so sweet and sent him home with a little toy Max enjoyed playing with at her home. * Max got along well with her doggies , and that was a huge , huge pleasant little surprise bc he normally mostly plays on his own. Overall, I sense she is a gifted soul with little pets and I look forward to bringing Max to her again when I need some help with doggy sitting. So happy to have found her !😊☀️

This was our first time using Rover and Connie couldn’t be more helpful. We were a little apprehensive at first since our dog hasn’t spent much time away from us but Connie was very reassuring and sent us photos and videos of our dog during his stay. Next time we travel we will definitely Connie again to take care of our dog.

This is my first time using this app. I was nervous. But in my search I found Laura. She was close and affordable. When I met her for the first time, she was a sweetheart. Also mickey was comfortable with her. She had a nice backyard for him to play in. He was the only dog, so he would get all her attention. She sent pics while I was on vacation to put my mind at ease. When I picked him up he was in good condition and happy. I already made arrangements to book her again. I am happy, I found her. Now mickey have a second home where he will feel save, loved, and happy while im on vacation. That's a amazing feeling for me as a fur mom

She is absolutely the best choice you can go with for your pets. She handled my two cats very well and was very attentive, updates often, and is very cheap for her services. Highly recommend her for her high quality care and very cost effective rates. Do not bother with the people charging double the price than Sue. She does it all very well for so much less.

I feel so lucky to have found Jamie and her family before we took our cross country trip for the Thanksgiving holiday! True dog-loving family. Jamie sent daily pictures and videos along with text updates. I looked forward to receiving them each evening knowing my boys were in good hands. Additionally, one of my dogs needed daily medications (pills and ear drops) which Jamie incorporated into the routine last minute after our vet visit. Jamie and family went above and beyond my expectations! 💗 We will rebook the next time we are in need, without hesitation!

We boarded Nico with Marby and Daniel for 4 nights and they were super communicative and made sure to ask about everything Nico needs to make his stay comfortable. We got pictures of Nico everyday and he seemed so comfortable and didn’t look stressed. I especially loved seeing a picture of Nico cuddling with Daniel which confirmed that he was very happy there. I would definitely use them again for boarding Nico in the future. Their cute dog Mamba is also such a sweetheart 😄

Ximena is the best! She took a last minute booking to watch two of my puppies and she took care of them as if they were her own! She provided daily updates and pictures and made sure they were getting the best care. I will definitely book with her again, highly recommended!!

Lorraine did an amazing job with Teddy! It was our first time booking with her, and she accepted a last minute holiday booking and provided pictures and updates often! I have never felt as secure leaving my dog to go out of town as I did in finding Kim & Matthew and their beautiful family. My adorable dog, who suffers from severe separation anxiety, thrived under their care. They sent pictures and updates regularly, each which showed a serene dog enjoying a little vacation from the ordinary. Usually after a few days away, she’s tense and withdrawan, but this time she acclimated back to life seamlessly. In short, I couldn’t recommend Kim & Matthew any more as dog sitters for our local Long Beach community. I also walk away from this experience knowing I need not have anxiety about future getaways and vacations! HIGH RECOMMEND!

Melo seemed to really enjoy his stay. Joanna kept him for a week and sent me updates everyday. Melo really liked her so I’d definitely use her in the future.

Highly recommend. Always quick to respond, easy to work with and great care taken with my little Havanese, who always comes home happy and tuckered out.
