Absolute professionalism. Clear communication, set expectations and went above and beyond them with documentation of visits. Felt so reassured knowing someone who loves pets as much as she does was taking care of my lil buddies at home. Will be coming back to Shannon for future pet support.

Kiki was amazing is caring for our 3 cats!! She was very thorough in checking all their litter boxes, water levels, food, and cleaning up their little messes! She even brought in our packages without asking!!! She gave very detailed report cards and we loved all her pictures she took of the littles. Our cats are going to miss her!! We’ll definitely be looking for Kiki in the future to watch them if we’re gone!

They are so loving and caring. The pictures they sent of just my trip. They took my cat to the vet and everything for hook worms. They were so flexible with us. Cleo had a great time here!
