Stefany is amazing with our animals! Our dogs are usually anxious around new people but they took to stefany right away. We also have a cat who doesn’t like most people. He also loves her!! She has watched our animals twice now. Once as house sitting and once as a drop in. Our family highly recommends her. We will for sure be using her whenever we need someone trustworthy to care for our fur babies.

Shannon is a Godsend. She took care of my two cats, fish, and house while I was away for two weeks. I received daily reports that included texts and a complete list of what she did (with photo and video backup). Plus, when I returned home there were daily handwritten notes of the cats demeanor and any feeding/behavior issues. My cats were so relaxed and happy upon my return. It was the first time they weren't mad at me for being gone. Shannon also brought in packages and watered my houseplants. I am so happy I found her and will use her whenever I travel. Thank you Shannon for not only taking care of my home and animals, but for giving me peace of mind during my trip. I consider you my friend and look forward to seeing you again soon. ?Cathy Hutzel

We last minute needed care for our two energetic furballs and honestly an amazing experience for us we weren’t comfortable with the idea of someone coming by but immediately after the meet and greet we felt comfortable and the dogs were so excited about it . Would definitely hire again and recommend!

Amanda has been a wonderful help with our two cats. She sends pictures and keeps in touch. Now that we know Amanda (and she has helped us when we went on two trips) we don’t worry anymore when we need to travel!

After choosing her to drop-in & care for our cats, Melissa called us back right away. We chatted briefly and attended an interview with us. She promptly came over to our home. My hubby and I introduced our kitties to her. We went over specific instructions that was written on a check off sheet. She seemed friendly and attentive toward my babies. We have never had used Rover's Drop-In Service or any other business in leaving our cats at home. Melissa followed through with "dropped in daily" to care for my 3 precious kitties. As promised, each day, she came over to our home and took good care of furry family. When we came home from our vacation, we found our cats to be healthy, perky, and content. Throughout our vacation, Melissa followed through with caring and sending me how the cats were doing. If I asked her a question about my babies, she immediately texted back, sent pictures, and was readily available. As per agreement, she completed all the tasks and noted on my check off list daily how each kitty was doing. She even cleaned any mess the cats made. My hubby and I really appreciated the care, her attentiveness & good communication. I feel much more at ease about leaving my kitties with Melissa. Thank you Melissa for all you did! We look forward to requesting you again in caring for our babies! I definitely would recommend Melissa in caring for pets!

Brittany was great! On time for each visit, communicated throughly, sent pictures and asked questions about things we forgot to mention . Will definitely use Brittany again! Great personality and my boys were in great spirits when I got home. No disappoints at all.
