Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Lancaster

Kiki was sooo wonderful!!! Was able to attend my sons destination wedding and not worry about our Mabel. She went above and beyond what we required. Will definitely use her again when needed!!!

Karli was wonderful! She is quick to respond, her drop in report was thorough and she took excellent care of my sweet boy. She took the time to play with him and love on him in her short 30 minute visit, sent lots of photos. I will be booking with her again.

Pris is the only person we trust with our dog. He loves her and she always pays attention to detail. Highly recommend.

After choosing her to drop-in & care for our cats, Melissa called us back right away. We chatted briefly and attended an interview with us. She promptly came over to our home. My hubby and I introduced our kitties to her. We went over specific instructions that was written on a check off sheet. She seemed friendly and attentive toward my babies. We have never had used Rover's Drop-In Service or any other business in leaving our cats at home. Melissa followed through with "dropped in daily" to care for my 3 precious kitties. As promised, each day, she came over to our home and took good care of furry family. When we came home from our vacation, we found our cats to be healthy, perky, and content. Throughout our vacation, Melissa followed through with caring and sending me how the cats were doing. If I asked her a question about my babies, she immediately texted back, sent pictures, and was readily available. As per agreement, she completed all the tasks and noted on my check off list daily how each kitty was doing. She even cleaned any mess the cats made. My hubby and I really appreciated the care, her attentiveness & good communication. I feel much more at ease about leaving my kitties with Melissa. Thank you Melissa for all you did! We look forward to requesting you again in caring for our babies! I definitely would recommend Melissa in caring for pets!

Jana was reliable, and responsive to any questions or requests. She made me comfortable with leaving our older dog in her care, and felt so lucky that he could stay here at home vs a kennel. Definitely will request Jana again:)

Amanda has been a wonderful help with our two cats. She sends pictures and keeps in touch. Now that we know Amanda (and she has helped us when we went on two trips) we don’t worry anymore when we need to travel!
