Kiki rocks! She provided amazing care for our fur babies while we were out of town and takes the absolute cutest pictures. Would definitely book again!

Jenna has been great with out dogs! We use her monthly for when we go out of town and we have such peace of mind knowing shes going to be caring for our 4 dogs.

Shannon handled our 3 kitties (with their various challenges) like a pro and we were able to enjoy our vacation worry-free thanks to her daily detailed reports. Even our super-shy scardy cat warmed up to her! Would gladly book her again.

Vanessa was a lifesaver for us. We had a friend that what supposed to pickup our dog about 4 hours after we left our home and take care of her while we were out of town but kept delaying the pickup. We were freaking out because we were already out of town and were desperately looking for someone to take care of her until we came back. I found Vanessa, explained our situation and she didn’t hesitate to take care of our baby. I’m really grateful for her fast response and for accepting to take care of her. She was super communicative, send us a lot of pictures, attentive to our dog’s needs. I will definitely book her again and trust her with our dog’s care.

Camille has been such a help with my puppy! She’s very reliable for the reoccurring drop in with my dog!

Monica is the best! I'll seek her out every time we need a cat sitter. She's responsible, knowledgeable, and kind, and it's obvious she loves our cats! She communicates well, sends us photos, and goes the extra mile, brushing our shaggy boy and she even cleaned him up when he needed it. Monica is a treasure!

After choosing her to drop-in & care for our cats, Melissa called us back right away. We chatted briefly and attended an interview with us. She promptly came over to our home. My hubby and I introduced our kitties to her. We went over specific instructions that was written on a check off sheet. She seemed friendly and attentive toward my babies. We have never had used Rover's Drop-In Service or any other business in leaving our cats at home. Melissa followed through with "dropped in daily" to care for my 3 precious kitties. As promised, each day, she came over to our home and took good care of furry family. When we came home from our vacation, we found our cats to be healthy, perky, and content. Throughout our vacation, Melissa followed through with caring and sending me how the cats were doing. If I asked her a question about my babies, she immediately texted back, sent pictures, and was readily available. As per agreement, she completed all the tasks and noted on my check off list daily how each kitty was doing. She even cleaned any mess the cats made. My hubby and I really appreciated the care, her attentiveness & good communication. I feel much more at ease about leaving my kitties with Melissa. Thank you Melissa for all you did! We look forward to requesting you again in caring for our babies! I definitely would recommend Melissa in caring for pets!

Brittany was great! On time for each visit, communicated throughly, sent pictures and asked questions about things we forgot to mention . Will definitely use Brittany again! Great personality and my boys were in great spirits when I got home. No disappoints at all.

Sierra was very punctual and great with the animals. Definitely recommended.

Andrew is wonderful with my large dogs. I always worry about leaving the dogs and Andrew was great at listening to all of my instructions and giving me some peace of mind.

Stefany is amazing with our animals! Our dogs are usually anxious around new people but they took to stefany right away. We also have a cat who doesn’t like most people. He also loves her!! She has watched our animals twice now. Once as house sitting and once as a drop in. Our family highly recommends her. We will for sure be using her whenever we need someone trustworthy to care for our fur babies.
