Shardae was absolutely amazing with Millie! From the moment we met her, I felt completely at ease leaving Millie in her care. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure Millie was comfortable and happy. I received regular updates and adorable photos, and it was clear that Millie was having the best time! When I picked her up, she was calm, content, and clearly well cared for. Awesome sitter. I made a last minute reservation and Tian accepted. He was very communicative and kept me updated with photos, videos and messages. I ended having to request a last minute extension on my sitting request, flights were delayed. Tian was able to accommodate my request. Jenny and her husband were incredibly accommodating and flexible when Oliver was extremely restless. Due to the storm, my flight was delayed, and my pickup was slightly later than usual. Their communication was always excellent, and I had a truly great overall experience with them.

Jeanie is now known as "Auntie Jeanie" because the way she cared for our fur baby "Ashanti" was like leaving her with family. If you want someone to truly care for your fur baby with love and kindness Ms. Jeanie is who you need to do the job. Jeanie gave Ashanti a bath and also washed her bedding. We were so blessed to experience such loving care for our sweet girl Ashanti.
