She went above and beyond by not only taking excellent care of our cats but also tending to additional tasks like cleaning under and around the cat box, checking our mail, and watering our plants. Brittany provided us with daily updates and pictures, keeping us reassured and informed. She was always communicative and let us know if there were any changes to her schedule.
