She asked good clarifying questions at the ‘meet and greet, took time to get to know my 2 cats, and asked great questions to help ensure everything went smoothly. Trustworthy and communicative. I am new to rover and have never had a cat sitter off this platform. I booked Jeffery on very short notice having never met him in person, but he turned out to be trustworthy and attentive to my needs and the needs of my cat. Jeffery did everything I asked him to do, took pictures of the cat, and did a good job.
Lynn was a lifesaver! She was reliable, communicated every day with me, and noticed Rocky’s feeder was malfunctioning. She gave him the food he needed, and Iet me know so I was able to fix the feeder remotely. Rocky seemed very happy to see me, and was well taken care of. Definitely will use Lynn again!
