Dog Boarding in Los Alamitos

Michael and Lara did such an excellent job taking care of Panko! They are great communicators and provided lots of updates and pictures throughout the stay. Panko got to play with their dog (Teddy) + another dog they were sitting (Belle) and it was such a great experience for Panko. They have an awesome yard with tons of toys and enrichment for dogs. They were so friendly, reassuring, and patient with Panko who has a lot of puppy energy still! I appreciate their care and will definitely be booking next time I need a dog sitter!

Terese was amazing!!! My dog can be finicky with people but he just loved Terese. He trusted her very quickly and I can tell he enjoyed his stay with her. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust and feel good about leaving my dog with. He would always come home so depressed after going to a pet hotel. Terese also provided daily updates with photos and video of how Benson was doing and I really enjoyed and appreciated that. We are very happy!

I went overseas for about a month and needed someone to watch my senior dog. I came across Asmita as she had experience with senior dogs and met up for a meet and greet. Her home is so cozy, open to all spaces for my dog to roam, and even has a completely enclosed backyard with turf for him to go potty and sunbathe. She is so sweet and I had no doubt my dog wouldn’t be in good care. Plans were that my brother watch my dog half the time then Asmita would watch my dog the rest of my stay but my brother wasn’t able to after just a few days. Desperately trying to find a solution, Asmita came through and was able to accommodate this unexpected schedule change and watch my dog sooner than planned. During my dog’s stay, Asmita regularly sent photos, videos, updates about his mood, eating habits, and character/personality traits that she had learned about him. It was endearing to find out just how observant and an empathetic of a person she is. Aside from her nurturing, gentle soul, she is also very professional, sharp and extremely attentive. We are so lucky to have come across her and look forward to using her exceptional hospitality in the near future. Thank you, Asmita!!

We enjoyed Fletcher's stay at Amie's house. She shared pictures daily. The pictures definitely showed how much Fletcher was enjoying his stay. When there was an issue ( Fletcher trying to be leader of the pack) she called and let me know and after a timeout in the crate he was back to enjoying being part of the family. He did appear to be a little depressed after coming home and I'm sure he missed being part of her family. Everything is back to normal again and I hope that Amie is available the next time we leave town

This was my first time using rover and it surpassed all my expectations! I was so nervous sending my kitten less than 3 months old off to a stranger but all my nerves was eased upon meeting Renee. She updated me with amazing photos of MyLo daily and my kids and I were afraid MyLo wouldn’t want to come home. can’t say enough good things about my experience and will be a return client in future.

Julie and her family took good care of our beagle while we were out of town. Seamus had a great time going on on walks with the pack to various places on his own doggie vacation, They did a great job of keeping Seamus’ meds (both oral and injectible) on track. Seamus can’t wait for another stay here!

Jess was amazing!! We needed a sitter last minute and she was so quick to respond and thankfully available to watch our dog. She and her family treated our dog so well and she sent us lots of updates. Highly recommend.

I wanted to thank Marlo for babysitting Sammy for me yesterday! I was in town for a meeting and didn't want to board my Doberman at a kennel. I Found Marlo after reading multiple reviews and decided to have her care for Sammy during my meetings. She was sweet, and caring and listened to my needs in how Sammy needed to be cared for and did just that! She send me multiple photos, videos and of them playing and going for long walks with the additional group of dogs that Marlo was caring for including her own very adorable Diva!! When i went to pick Sammy up today, he was in great spirits, and kept running back to her as if he really didn't want to leave!! I really appreciate you Marlo for trusting in Sammy's abilities to be a good boy while under your care! I would recommend her to anyone who needs to feel that their animal is in good hands while being cared for by others!! Thank you and i will be reaching out again when i need to board Sammy in the future! 10 STARS!!!!!!

Definitely recommend Annie and her family. They took great care of our dog taco. Great communication, photos, and videos during his stay to keep us updated. Will definitely book again!

Hi Cheby, thank you for accepting the last minute boarding for our Xonic. He met new friends (Peanut and Phoenix) and really had a blast with his stay. Also thank you for consistently updating us daily to make sure our pup is doing well and taken care. I and the rest of the family really appreciate for taking the time to do creative, fun and amazing photos/videos that we can keep and enjoy watching in present and future. Mai is a really sweet and caring pet sitter. It seemed our Tyson enjoyed his vacay so much he didn’t want to leave. He made several furry friends while at Mai’s place. She was really good about posting pics and keeping us updated on him while we were away. We would definitely book with her in the future.
