Doggy Day Care in Los Altos

I cannot start to express my gratitude to Florence and Wen. From the initial meeting i could feel the love and affection they would give to our son which was reiterated in the first visit. As with many dog parents, it is quite nerve racking to drop your child off for the first time and hope that he will not only be ok but actually thrive in a new environment. With Florence and Wen, you can rest assured that you will have peace of mind throughout the day. The property is immaculate, the family treated our son with love and there were multiple check-ins, photos and videos throughout the day. The only negative i can say is that i had a hard time working because i was a little jealous that my son was having such a great time that i actually wanted to join him! If you are looking for peace of mind and a true loving family experience for your pet, dont hesitate to reach out and book a visit.

Lenny absolutely loved Samuel. He got along great with their dog and had so much fun playing with him. He came back tired every day which is just what we both needed! They sent updates and photos regularly and were easy to communicate & schedule with. We can't wait to go back!

As soon as I met Paula I knew Grover would be comfortable with her, and I'd be confident he was being well-cared for. Paula is easy to communicate with, organized, and is clearly committed to making both her dog guests and their parents comfortable. When I visited Paula for our initial meet and greet, my first thought was "If I was a dog, this is exactly where I would want to spend my day." There is plenty of access to outdoor space, abundant clean water bowls, and dogs are welcome to hang out wherever Paula is, which is exactly what my dog would want. I had a very wonderful experience with Anna… and so did my fur baby Nimbus! First she took him at a last minute notice. The day of go be exact! I am new here and did not realize I could not bring my fur baby on the CalTrain. Next, she took care in getting him acclimated to his surroundings. Anna was very receptive when told that Nimbus has both food and environmental allergies. One of his allergies is to multiple types of grasses. She took the time to clean his feet after he went outside. I know this may sound simple, but some times the simple things are overlooked. I have a lot of allergies myself and I appreciate that she made sure to do this for Nimbus, despite how tedious it could be. During Nimbus’ stay, Anna took many pictures and sent them to me via Rover. She took nimbus for multiple walks, and made sure he got to urinate or defecate when he needed to. Anna paid attention to Nimbus’ needs. When her vocalized that he was hungry, she gave him his food specific for dogs with allergies. Finally, Nimbus have some separation anxiety. She made sure than Nimbus felt comfortable even when he was experiencing some kind of anxiety; when he started to whine or cry she petted him to distract him. Overall, Anna was amazing! I have all positive things to say about her, had all positive vibes from her and I would definitely book with her again for Nimbus.

Tori and Benji are AMAZING!! Tori was so willing to be flexible with my unusual work schedule. Tori takes excellent care of my new 9 week puppy and Benji is very gentle when playing and teaches puppy new things. I have peace of mind knowing all of my puppies needs will be met and am excited for him to return weekly to play!

Jhonatan and Tami were wonderful with Dodger. They were on time for pickup and drop off, and he came back very happy. He clearly had a great day. They sent pictures and were very communicative. We will book them again!

I couldn't be happier with the care my dog, Bidu, received from Song! She was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure Bidu was happy and well taken care of. Song sent multiple updates throughout the day, which was so comforting. She took Bidu for walks and ensured he had plenty of playtime (and also nap time). Her dog, Cookie, was a lovely companion for Bidu, making the experience even more special. I highly recommend Song to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.
