Kim is 💯 dependable. She substituted without hesitation for an overnight sitter who canceled while we were on the road out of town. She saved our dog from being abandoned. Very proactive in checking to make sure the key worked or that I gave her the right combination (which I messed up at first, so that was a great catch). I felt comfortable right away leaving my dog with Melissa. Everything went great, I loved the pictures and updates. My dog looked so happy and well taken care of. I will definitely have Melissa take care of my dog in the future! I highly recommend.
