Kim always takes the extra effort in helping us. This time she laundered the dog sheets as they got soiled and flipped our couch cushions to make sure our dog wouldn’t dirty a cream colored couch. She truly is the best!!

Very proactive in checking to make sure the key worked or that I gave her the right combination (which I messed up at first, so that was a great catch). Our first time with rover was a success with Madison! Her energy made me feel comfortable knowing our cat-child was at home while we were on vacation. Quiet and calm and confident. Great and quick communication and timely visits. I hope she will be around in the future for cat visits!
